Around 1976, she became a member of the Théâtre de la Veillée, directed by Gabriel Arcand. Later on, she was invited by Jerzy Grotowski to go study in Poland. In 1981, she founded her theatre company: L`ATER, which she directed. She endorsed the roles of producer, director, author and actress. She organized multidisciplinary representations where theatre was mixed with film, dance and music. She organized and gave many workshops on play acting in Rimouski, Québec and Montréal. As an author, in 1992, she gave us a tasty comedy entitled "Him or she or her or him?” This comedy was played in a summer theatre and interpreted by Sylvie Boucher and Denis Sénéchal. In 1999, she completed the scenario of a full-length film named "Ermine" and she wove bonds with actors, producers and the movie milieu in France.
It’s the combination of her work in directing actors and in conception which led her to develop her singular approach to improvisation; based on the truth emerging from the play acting and used in the movie "Why Say It?" She was coached by Claude Palardy for the editing, and this job became a platform for drama writing. She devoted two full years for this editing work, and finally, she now presents us her first full-length film.
